Welcome to Community Empowerment Initiative (COMEI)
Community Empowerment Initiative (COMEI) is a legally registered non-governmental organization with a mandate to operate at the national level.
The organization was founded in 2007 by a small group of professionals out of the passion to sensitize the community in Kabale district following the high death rate due to HIV/AIDS in the community.
